Jones for Bremer & Sundov.

Not too shabby for the Celtics, I think Jones is quite underrated...you think he would start?

Well Jones wouldn't fit, the Cavs got Newble... Bremer will add some bench help, could work as a spot-up shooter, dunno...

Jones wouldn't start in Boston, he would give some scoring off the bench, he would just give the Celts someone else to fire the threes. Bremer would be a good pickup for the Cavs who are low on point guards.

I read from some Boston fans on other boards that Jones actually is likely to start. He's a good 3-point shooter and we all know how the Celts like that. Kedrick Brown isn't fit for their offense, he'd be best off the bench, and Eric Williams was pencilled as a reserve after last season.

Not a bad trade, though the Celtics might have given up on Bremer too soon.

I do think that Jones will start, I think Williams should be benched, he didnt do that much this season. But who would be playing the Point for Boston??

As for Cleveland...I think Bremer or Ollie would be starting at point, I saw bremer play this season and my opinion summed up is : (Y) I like this kid, he has potential, a loss for the celts. (N)

Boston's rookie Marcus Banks will likely start at PG

jumaine jones can defend either the SG or SF position. should be a good fit with pierce. jones can hit the '3' and has pretty good athletic ability as well. to me, he should start over williams, who seems more of undersized pf playing sf.

losing bremer is not a big deal to me. so what if he named the best athelete out of all the the draft picks last year or if he hit 3's in bunches, he was very inconsistent last year.

on a side note- add eric williams to the 'All NBA un-model team" of tyrone hill, bo outlaw, dan gadzuric, and sam cassell

If they do start Jones i don't think it will be for the whole season. Williams is a great defender and gives Pierce and Walker a rest on defence when he takes the offensive threat. Jones would just the give the Celts more reasons to fire threes which I don't think is going to get them far. I think he would be best used as a sparkplug off the bench who can come in and drop 10 or 15 in no time.

I too think Jones will be coming off the bench in Boston.

Looking at the deal from the Cavs point of view, I think Bremer has a good chance of starting if neither LeBron nor Wagner are guaranteed to start at point guard.

jones will eventually start at small forward, once he learned the system and stuff. he's just too good to come off the bench. this is a very good trade for the C's. (Y)

as a celtics fan (and a new found cavs hater) i dont like the trade at all, bremer is a good player and was the only real point guard on the team last year, they shouldve kept him or traded for another big man which the team is really lacking, i dont see the celtics gettin out of the 2nd round again this year, not unless vin baker gets his act 2geather and the celtics point guards can play good ball
