Well, in this world, people have the rights to sue anyone they want to.
However, in basketball world, people have the permission to elbow anyone they want to. Most of the victims complained about the judge or fight back, but suing is really new.

did you even watch the video? i saw it live and it was pretty blatantly obvious it was 100% intentional. you don't friggin raise your elbow poiting at the direction the guy was running at head level without beeing a dirty crazy maniac.
also, the player has been inactive ever since and it is totally right for the greek to sue him, since he is unable to do his job because of varejao's cheap shot.
