What the hell is a Laker?

Forget swaping nicknames; some need to be changed, but too bad franchise names can't be changed. Clippers has got to be the worst, but I think it's a name of a ship as well.

i am surprised that there is even a word called laker....i thought they chose it because it just sounded cool...

I wouldn't mind teams swapping names, but while we're at that, how about fixing the Conferences. The Memphis Grizzlies should be in the West. There are other teams in the East that are more West then them. It also goes with some other teams.

The Grizzlies are in the west...

He meant to say the Grizzlies should be in the Eastern Conference since there are current Eastern teams which are further west than Memphis.
