How? As I think I told you in another thread, the ballots were due on the 20th when the season ended.

nice tripple by LeBron, the way Shaq was going in the 1st half aggainst the Bulls, i thought he could be getting one too, i think he was about 18 points 12 rebounds and 5 blocks, cant remember exactly though

LeBrons game was awesome against Washington........I think he has a good chance of getting the MVP...great young star, should get even better as he gets older....

What a year this is for the NBA.
We got 81, 62 and 35.4 from kobe, 30-7-6 and TD-playoff debut from Lebron, their scoring race with Iverson, those 3's from Allen, the high scoring PHO-SEA game, and those ridiculous team record for playoff team( and by this I meant the Wizarrds, Pacers, the Bulls and the Bucks.)
Those once unmatched records are chased, tied or broken this season. I mean, these guys are making history!

He is going to get his second consecutive TD, 26points, 9rebounds and 10
turnovers.
Wed Apr 26, 2006 12:23 pm
Yea, 10 turnover is alot. Oh well, maybe next game he'll bring it again.
Wed Apr 26, 2006 12:29 pm
1-1....told ya not to get too hyped up.
Wed Apr 26, 2006 12:34 pm
Where did you say that?
Wed Apr 26, 2006 12:38 pm
Well, it aint't too bad considering Melo choke twice, VC and Kobe once, and Wade...kinda...
Wed Apr 26, 2006 12:40 pm
Care to elaborate on vince "choking"?
Wed Apr 26, 2006 12:43 pm
LBJ with a double double tonight
26 points to go along with 10 turnovers
Wed Apr 26, 2006 12:47 pm
The point about 10 turnovers has already been made in this thread.

I guess if they win, VC was not choking, but they didn't. I needed someone to blame.

Thats what i wanna know too. I dont think anyone was getting hyped up...i knew it would be a competitive series but that doesnt take away from the fact that lebron had a record setting debut despite is shitty second game.

People expect perfection off Lebron. I don't know why.. but they just do.
Wed Apr 26, 2006 1:22 pm
It's the media's fault for hyping him up all the time. Though rarely, when he has a bad game...people are glad to see him taken off the pedestal.

It ain't hype if it's the truth...
Wed Apr 26, 2006 3:51 pm
Truth and EG should never be associated together.
Yohance, I agree. The NBA/media hype him up to be the saviour of the league (when it doesnt need saving, but thats another story), so the casual fan looks and thinks he's almost Jordanlike, then they see a bad performance and they're quick to jump on it.
Either that or 90% of the fans hate him becuase he's so damn good at his age.
Wed Apr 26, 2006 3:58 pm
Drew Gooden had a monster game with 24 points and 16 rebounds
Wed Apr 26, 2006 4:19 pm
yeah he can be a great player at times, reminds me of K-Mart
Wed Apr 26, 2006 5:25 pm
Some cavalier players had a great night and I don't see Lebron's 10 turnovers as that bad considering how much he was contributing to his team.
The game just didn't work out for them. Four point play, LBJ and Ilgauskas bumpin into each other and giving it right to Arenas, Varejao's turnover, blahblahblah.
Both team had a good game. I'm looking forward to GM3
