Note on Billups....he hits big shots for the lead or the game in the last min of the game, not necessarily the last 24.

Heh, Jalen Rose and Webber being on the list is interesting. It doesn't conclude they are clutch, though, given this is based on only the final play or two.

No matter what those stats say, Kobe is one clutch "mofo"! Notice how they where looking for kobe when the game was on the line during this years ASG?

Interesting Stats, Carmelo has been crazy this season, i saw him hit soo many game winners.. This is a tough stat to count, i would say, count all stats where in the last 4 minutes of a certain game, the score of the game was between like 2-4 points for at least 1 instance of those last 4 minutes..

Webber is actually ranked 5th I believe for the Nestle Crunch, so he is fairly clutch.

Of course, clutch is largely a myth.

If your team is dominant, you don't have to rely on game-winning buckets. And a lot of the time, when it does come down to the last shot, your team probably missed a few opportunities earlier on.

i think if you morphed the "pg's" that played next to Jordan during the glory years- Paxson, Armstrong, Kerr... that would be the most clutch supporting player

Doesn't Derek Fisher have a couple from his days with the Lakers?

I'd be interested to see game tying shots as well, since the previously mentioned numbers for MJ and Kobe only take into account game winners.

Thats a question you gotta ask Elias sportstats people... I think they keep stats on heaps of things.

EDIT: I sent a question about it to Steve Kerr.. doubt he would answer it but it would be interesting...
