I'm glad he's going to TNT, and everything worked out. Its going to be nice to see him working with his sister, and the Barkley/Reggie arguments are going to be absolutley hilarious, mark my words .

Oh man, this I gotta see! I'm glad he's not replacing anybody, but then again, he's a "guest" to that crew.

Great news. I love the TNT crew.

Yeah, should be fun. Barkley won't be able to go 5 seconds without making fun of Reggie's ears, and Reggie won't be able to go 5 seconds without making fun of Barkley being fat.

Not to mention Kenny gets to brag that he has more rings than reggie and charles combined.

Sat Aug 20, 2005 8:48 am

Yeah, that Kenny Smith is a class act.

You never hear Magic say anything like that.

Sweet! I hope he does well!

great news.. ne1 know who's replacing marv albert as the play by play commentator for TNT, who, correct me if I'm wrong has taken the job with the yes network to cover NJ games.

I always hoped that Cheryl Miller would one day coach the Pacers while Reggie was still playing. I remember her quip back in 1995 when it was rumoured she'd become the NBA's first female head coach, something along the lines of wanting to be in Indiana "to get a shot at coaching that Miller kid".

Anyway, he's always seemed articulate so I think he'll do well in his new career. And even if he doesn't do well behind the mike, there's no way he can be worse than Tom Tolbert.
