Karl, another coach with problems

Nuggets coach George Karl plans to undergo surgery to remove prostate cancer Thursday in Salt Lake City, the coach revealed Tuesday.

Doctors spotted the cancer early enough for Karl to consult with nearly a dozen doctors from across the country and weigh his treatment options. He said he enters the process with his family rallying around him and a positive attitude.

Thats sad, I hope he has a speedy recovery for the Nuggets sake. Its best if Karl stays at Denver that way maybe the Clippers can get Anthony when GK bursts his bubble once he learns Melo wont play defense.

Here's to Hoping.

I believe they generally just remove the prostate gland.

I hope for the best for Karl. He's the one who helped pull the Nuggets out of mediocrity and gave them a playoff spot.

I'm guessing you've never read the Bible... after 'turn the other cheek' it says... 'and if he still persists, just shoot the bugger!' ..

GK's gonna pull an Armstrong and bring a championship to Denver. Dre will have a triple double average throughout the playoffs and become the finals MVP and have many bandwagon fans yet again.

I was beginning to think Dmit(nbalive.org) was the only one who listened to Team Sleep, guess I was wrong. Whats your favourite track of the album and are you a bigger Deftones fan or Team Sleep fan, or do you even like the 'Tones?

I think Chino wants to release another TS album next year aswell, hopefully they can keep up the quality of their product for it and not produce a bust follow up although Chino has yet to do that even with the 'Tones so things look good.

I doubt the Nuggets will win a championship this season or next, but if they add some depth during that time and get Nene to live upto the potential then they could seriously be a big threat in the league. Whats your view on them trying to get Sprewell?
