how do you know? he had seven surgeries to repair his hip, knee and ankle. he also had nerve damage as well
and he hasn't played against actual nba competition nor has he played in front of any scout from any team or media member

i don't see those teams having that big of a discrepancy in talent.
on the 02 team there was jalen rose, donyell marshall, trenton hassell, and a healthy jamal crawford. curry and chandler were still young but they were still serviceable in supporting roles. and blount and hoiberg were there to provide steady vet leadership
this team won a then post dynasty high 30 games... if you remember they finished that season very strong leading to many picking them to have a breakout season the following year
