can som1 explain me the rule with the cylender? is that u cant hold on to it or something, or is that u cant hold on with one hand and dunk with the other, something darius miles does alot??

I think you're talking about the imaginary cylinder that is from upwards by the rim.

The Rule is you can't touch the ball while it is inside the imaginary cylinder.

And you can't hang on the rim with one hand and dunk with the other.
