I saw Jordan miss more than just the All-Star Game dunk since his most recent comeback. As a Jordan fan, it nearly made me blush everytime I had to witness his faltering athleticism.
But @#%* that $*@# about his long overdue re-retirement. It hasn't been like he's Stephen Hawking putting up and down the court. He's noticably slower, and he's lost some hops, but he still looks like a capable professional athelete out there.
Besides, the obvious advantage he has out there is his vast knowledge of the game and the way that affects his teammates.

He dunked hard on Tim Duncan earlier in that same game.

the strange thing about the all-star game dunk MJ missed, is that MJ jumped too high for that dunk if you look at the replay. It wasn't that he lacked hops. He simply landed the ball on the back of the rim. Bryant saw the replay later and said the same.

I recorded this game and he clearly jumped too high and the ball landed on the back of the rim. I replay this sequence several times so you can't tell me it aint so!
