Just "my kind" of PG, nothing like the Payton of yesteryear. Realgm lists im as UFA, but I've heard ...somewhere that he has a team-option of one year. So I don't know who to trust.

Bobby Jackson? No way... Good palyer and all, but he wont play more than 50 games a season, never again. His January leg problems are becoming a trend... No one should count on him to be the starting PG, plus he's a tweener. I think Marcus Banks and Tony Allen can handle the point in a rotation...

My fault for beeing cloudy. I want him to start 50 games a year, and the rest of the time should be split between West and Banks, with West getting more shots at starting. TA at point? No thanks. Use him as a part of a bigger package to get (please Telfair, pretty please with sugar on top) something more interesting.

Shipping him with Pierce isn't a horrible decision, neither is packaging him with Walker to get something interesting.

I think Kwame wouldnt be a bad pickup for the MLE, its only one year and who knows.. he might become average at least and then he could skip town... but if he is smart (i doubt) hed stick around!

Kwame's not really going to sign a 1 year contract with anyone, especially for the MLE.. he's still playing off his potential and that's where the money will come from, getting guys like Malone and Payton for next to nothing were because they wanted a championship and LA was the most likely place to get it, these days that's not such an issue.

Bobcats:

- Draft a PG with either of their top 2 lottery picks....so that means one of the following: Chris Paul, Deron Williams or Raymond Felton....pick a frontcourt player with their other lottery pick....
- Re-sign Brevin Knight on the cheap to a short-term deal to ease in the rookie at the PG position....
- Use some of their cap space to bring in a vet to help out Meka, Brezec and Ely upfront....
- Don't throw money away to a punk (no Eddie Robinson's or the likes) if no-one comes running....

Er...isn't that how they got Kobe?

Spurs: find another foreign hidden gem buried somewhere in the draft

Mindaugas Katelynas or Lucas Tischer (Y)

Any euro will better w/ the Spurs because they basically play euro ball. Guards penetrate first, shoot crappy jumpers second (or never), bigs shoot the ball.

Not sure why they didn't keep Giricek.

That won't magically turn him into a physical player though?

At least we're sure that he's more rested than before. Physical player? I doubt it. That's not his style...but we'll see

That's next to impossible. There is no ressemblence to their games whatsoever. Hakeem just shakes off his opponent with his little hokey pokey dance (which is pretty cool), and Yao... Errmm... I haven't watched Houston play too often, but for sure no one can mimic that dream shake. Hakeem is also a hall of famer, and I doubt Yao will be that type of a player.
