All season long Bruce Bowen has been flagrantly breaking the new rules about hand checking players on the parameter but only when Ray Allen makes a big stink (in the press) about it does he wind up in foul trouble?

Same thing goes for the pistons. I remember watching the Lakers play the Pistons this year and being amazed that Rip was actually holding Kobe by his face with his hand and yet no fouls were called.

When are the refs in the NBA going to act like professionals and enforce the rules

The NBA has become a joke! Ratings are at a 10 year low. No one cares who wins the playoffs because it seems like it's fixed and the stars (Kobe, KG, AI, Lebron, VC and Kidd ect) and teams (Lakers, Kings, Knicks, Sixers, Celtics ect) that everyone wants to see are not even playing anymore and all the games are all blowouts.

Sorry but the games are really boring and the refs suck so I had to vent.
