Houston scores season High!!!!

Mon Feb 17, 2003 3:08 pm

Danny Ainge started to critize Houston after he left the game against the Lakers here in the Madison where Kobe exploded with another huge performance over 40 points.

As a result, Houston just visited Los Angeles and really quiet just scored 53. Of course they couldn't stop Kobe from getting his 40 again. Kobe tied Lakers record with 40+ consecutive games.

Huge performance from both sides but I'm glad for Houston, Terrific.

FG (18-29)
FT (13-15)
3FG (4-5)
4 Rebs
5 Asst.
2 Stls

Yeah, I know. In the final minute he missed those 2 free throws which would have put him with 55 but he did shoot from everywhere. Too bad Kobe is stealing his performance by scoring 40 again, Houston should receive his credits for this.

hey if a 32 year old can put up 53 pnts by just shootin the ball, then i'd say hes still pretty good

The guy is having his best season of his career, nobody knows what he will do next, He's not as exciting as those Kobe & T-mac, but he is still effective in his shooting.
