Vern Lindequist did commentary for NBA Live 98, Ernie Johnson provided some voicework for the pre-game introduction and the stats screens during the breaks.

Don Poier? He was in Happy Gilmore? Are you sure? Or are you talking about Bob Barker?

I know Bob Barker was but I dont remember seeing Don Poier either :?

Ummmm......... I think I am thinking of an earlier commentator :? Live 98 I think. Anyways, whoever it is he commentates the golf in Happy Gilmore as well. Maybe not Don Poier I guess? :?

"The price is wrong....bitch"

It is Don Poier, you even see his face for about 20 seconds.

Funniest moment in the entire film...
"Oh Im sorry, is it because you're black"
"Hell no, god damn alligator bit my hand off"

...If you,ve seen the movie you'll know what Im talking about.

Happy's reply:"You eat pieces of shit for breakfast?"

More recently ripped by Kanye West.

RIP Mr Poier
