again, artest is one of sportscenter's lead stories. understandable, but making a comparison of this recent incident to )and showing a clip of all) the suspensions and fines he accumulated 2yrs ago is ridiculous.
2yrs ago he was suspended and fined a shitload for hard fouls, temper tantrums, etc. last year he was, iirc, was not suspended once. this year artest is missing games because of a rap album. repeat- a rap album. nothing to do with giving the finger to the miami crowd or elbowing people in the face purposely.
now watch in tomorrow's game, artest gets a fine/suspension for a simple touch foul. why? because media like espn keep on mentioning artest is still the dirty player was 2yrs ago when he really isn't (true still a nut job). and of course it will headline sportscenter tomorrow too

Artest is ridiculous.... he's saying that Stephen A Smith should think before he talks and that he is a role model to kids

that was not a flagrant foul at the end. if that was someone fouling that pasty soft player, it would have been a regular foul. even the sportscenter guy said it was a touch foul

Anyone listened to any of Ron's songs ?
I listened to a couple, and he isn't that bad. Not that I'd go out and buy his album or nothing but he aint as bad as I though he would be.

Ron is the best, he's always usually good for a laugh (other times he just puts you in shock).
