In turning over the ball... does anyone think there is one?

A guy who loses the ball in the most important moments... I have no idea if one would exist..

Chris Childs screwed the Raptors in their last playoff game. I also remember Charles Oakley trying to be a PG (with his ball handling.. ugggh) in the final minute of some crucial game, could be playoffs also.

I couldn't really name one player as the Turnover King, though I remember watching quite a few games featuring the Hawks from 96-98 where Christian Laettner found ways of juggling the ball out of bounds or into the hands of the opposition more often than you might expect. His career average for turnovers per game isn't too bad considering.

Steve Francis vs the Lakers in Game 3 was ugly aswell, I believe they were down by 1 or a few points and he made some dumb dribble and he lost it out of bounds.
