Sad news.....just heard on WFAN the NBA great and former Sixer passed away at age 60. Damn...loved Moses' game - the true 'chairman of the board'.

No details on cause of death yet.

Calvin Murphy says it was likely a heart attack in his sleep. They were apparently still very close.

The best human offensive rebounder in league history. (Rodman obviously doesn't count.)

Moses Malone is in my top 12 NBA greatest ever easily. Among centers, he & Hakeem are tied at four behind Wilt, Russell, & Kareem.
