Good decision by both parties. Sheed is in a pretty good situation in Detroit, Detroit won the NBA title with Sheed in their lineup. As for the deal itself, it's a perfectly reasonable amount to pay to keep a player like Sheed and thus a championship nucleus intact.

I dont know why he would even consider leavin Detroit after bein the one responsible for their championship.Maybe if they didnt win he would went to NY.But not after you got them to the promise land.
