Finally, Duke's streak of five ACC Tournament championships was broken by the Maryland Terrapins in a 95-87 overtime win!
John Gilchrist, the tourney MVP, is GOD! With 20 seconds left, he drove down the side for the three point play to tie it up at 77, after my man Mike Jones had hit a three on the possession before.
With Shelden Williams fouled out, and then Nate Horvath, Duke was down on their big man, and with the free throw shooting of Jamar Smith and Travis Garrison, they pulled through in overtime!
