Because of the boosters, C-Webb was ineligable in High-School. He recieved $280,000 for his family. He also lead his team to 3 state titles. The school now has the choice to forfeit the titles.

It also turns out webber wasnt the only one.

Martin gave $616,000 in illicit benefits to Webber, Robert Traylor, Maurice Taylor and Louis Bullock -- who all starred at Michigan. Based on investigations by the government, the NCAA, University of Michigan, the Big Ten Conference and others, the MHSAA found that Webber and Traylor violated amateur status rules.

Apparently, these guys thought they could either get away with it, or didnt think they'd make it in basketball.

Should Iverson not be in the nba either? he had served time in jail before entering the league.
Webber worked his ass off to get to the nba, and he deserves to be here. Full stop.

Juwan Howard was accused (1998) for together with Chris Webberraped a woman (check my criminal NBA players thread:wink: ) but he was just accused I think, so it ain't the same.
