What do you think?

most media outlets have reported that Kerr isn't interested in taking on long-term contracts. if this is the case there's no danger of deng or hinrich being traded. i think you're mad btw hehe. most of the players skillset on this roster are screaming for a 20pts+ post scorer. and it appears that deng is finally hitting his stride playing with rose. with the continuing development of Rose and a stud in the post, i don't see how deng can't become an effective "third wheel"
Most Stoudemire suitors believe the Bulls have the chance to offer the best package, which could include the expiring contract of Drew Gooden, rapidly emerging forward Tyrus Thomas, Joakim Noah and possibly a draft pick. Bulls GM John Paxson recently had his assistant, GM Gar Forman, return from the college scouting trail to Chicago to pour over trade possibilities with him. The Bulls are clearly determined to land Stoudemire.

air gordon wrote:this window closing business... you're being silly. yes in a sense it is "closing" as each game goes by. but this isn't like it's the 77th game of the year and they are 5 games back of a playoff spot.
there are 32 games left to make up 1 game
even with the current roster the bulls have a shot to make the postseason lol

What an interesting trade scenario. For me, I'd definitely want to see something like this happen if Amare ever has to leave. Even for the Suns, Aldridge should be a tempting product as he is a proven inside player who can play well with most of players.

On what I read on RealGM.com. Portland is backing down on the pursuit of Amar'e just to find an elite point guard, but now Memphis is in the race trying to get him although they've turned down the trade because Phoenix wanted Mike Conley, Rudy Gay, and Hakim Warrick. Although, it is a very slim chance that Memphis would get Amar'e if they can keep Rudy.
Now, they're doing a three-way trade where Amar'e Stoudamire may be going to Miami. With Michael Beasley going to Memphis. Where Conley, Gay, and Warrick may be still going to Phoenix if possible.

If you trade him to the Cavs is going to be scary because not only you have LeBron but Amar'e to worry about with Mo Williams.

Let’s get this straight: last season was a death march…even more so when the bulls relieved themselves of Wallace. I hope you weren’t hanging on thinking that the team had a chance at the postseason post all star break.
I think it’s stating the obvious they can’t be complacent/have to play well in order to make the playoffs. (I wasn’t suggesting otherwise in my previous post). Last week was the first time they won 3 in a row lol. Of course they can’t slack off
have you checked the latest "course"? The previous “course” sucked since the frontcourt was virtually non-existent and injuries to key players. The current “course” is they are playing well lately. the team seems to be meshing well now that Hirnich & Deng are back and the frontcourt is producing. as each game goes by it seems like Thomas & Noah are gaining more confidence.
