Authorities have charged suspended Houston Rockets forward Eddie Griffin with two counts stemming from an alleged confrontation last month in which a woman said he beat her and fired a gun in her direction.
Griffin, 21, is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a felony, and assault with bodily injury, a misdemeanor, Houston police spokesman John Cannon said.
Was arrested and charged with assault Sunday after he was accused of grabbing a woman at a house he was renting.
He attempted to grab the lease from the woman, but grabbed her instead, Kilpatrick said.
Was arrested on Monday, July 7, 2003 for allegedly fighting with a female police officer outside of a nightclub in Orlando, Florida. Armstrong was charged with battery on a law-enforcement officer and resisting arrest without violence. Armstrong was upset because he was denied a ride by a taxi so he stood in traffic…Okay...Taxi Rage? Anyway, Armstrong was released on $1,000 bond
Was accused of pushing his ex-girlfriend, Roshonda Jacqmain, so hard that the woman fell and banged her head against a wall, which put a hole into the wall. Richardson's was at the woman's apartment on April 29 to pick up their three-year-old daughter. He claimed he was acting in self defense
Walker was charged July 9 after he rolled a 2003 red Ford Expedition over the Interstate 70 highway median in Etna Township, according to records. Walker told an Ohio Highway Patrol trooper he had consumed two cranberry vodkas that night and was traveling between 75-80 mph, according to records.
On 14 February 2002 he allegedly shot and killed Costas "Gus" Christofi at a latenight party at Williams's home in Milford, New Jersey. Williams told authorities that Christofi shot himself with a shotgun, but police eventually arrested Williams and accused him of recklessly handling a gun -- and trying to make it look like Christofi killed himself.
Trail Blazer forward Zach Randolph was arrested and charged early Tuesday morning for driving under the influence of intoxicants, a spokesman for the Portland Police Bureau said.
The misdemeanor charge is punishable by up to one year in prison and a fine between $1,000 and $5,000, according to Multnomah County sheriff's Lt. Mike Shults. Randolph's first court appearance is Dec. 30.
Randolph was "very cooperative with our deputies, (saying) yes sir, no sir. He went through it without any incident," Shults said.
