Sexual harrassment need not mean rape, or even any kind of physical contact for that matter. I believe it can be classed as "any unwanted sexual advance". It could be getting too far into someone's personal space. It can even mean telling a sexual joke that someone finds offensive.

Even though such behaviour is not as severe as rape, it is still considered sexual harrassment and therefore a serious charge.

ya, i was gonna bring that up, cause think about it, if he just had knee surgury they usually get in rehab for a while, and if he just got it like you said he wouldn't be very strong and if he was forcing her, she coould run away because kobe couldn't run with his knee, plus he also got surgury on his shoulder, so thatwould still hurt, and if he had sex with her, since they have evidence of it, so if he was hurting and he would be weak from the surgury, the only way he could force her to have sex with him is if he hit her unconsience or something but than she wouldn't know what happened( ) but i doubt that happened, so she would have had to wanted to get some.
