Dennis Rodman might be coming back to the NBA for the Kings. A couple days ago he had dinner with the Kings owners and he has expressed interest in coming back to the NBA. I just saw this news on ESPNEWS.
Do you think the Kings should pick him up? I personally would like to see him comeback..I'd like to see what crazy thing he is going to do, seeing him and Malone going at it would be fun.

rili huh?intresting maybe this time he'll have a Sac logo on his hair
and he brings tough defense...and he could be a defensive force although he and C-Webb play the same spot so it may not be lotz of play time for him for example in the 2001-2002 Keon Clark had great minutes and produce well with Raps but when he came to Kings he's stats well down alot mostly due to the awsome roster and C-Webb playing as the same postion as him

Yo...this may sound stupid...but wat do u think would happened if he filled up LA's SF spot and rejoin his former coach???
Wat about a biff in training; Payton vs. Rodman...
But I guess it's not possible cause if he's returning it seems he's goin to Sactown...

word up
wormwomon should not come back for the reason that he would get no court time playing behind webber, and he's also about 45 or something so if he can't jump, that means he can't rebound as effectively as he once could and if he can't rebound he is worthless

He'll be as high as a kite most of the time, so rebounding shouldnt be too much of a stretch for him

I thought he was around 40 years old already.

The Kings don't need Rodman, but Rodman certainly needs the Kings (or any other NBA club for that matter) since he's not getting much exposure these days.

Dennis Rodman, who played for five championship teams in his 14 NBA seasons, told ESPN on Wednesday that he intends to make a comeback at age 42.
"The way I left and the way it all came about wasn't right," Rodman said Wednesday during an interview on ESPN's Outside the Lines Nightly. "So I feel like I need to come back and finish my career the way I need to.
"All the great players in the league finished their careers on a high note, and a good note. That's the way I should do my last hurrah."
Rodman, seven-time NBA rebounding champion, played his last full season with the Bulls in 1997-98, before finishing his career with the Lakers and Mavericks over the 1998-99 and 1999-2000 seasons. Both teams released Rodman quickly -- the Lakers after 23 games, the Mavs after only 12 games.
Rodman last tried to restart his career at age 40 with the Indiana Pacers, who told him their roster was full. His career averages include 7.3 points and 13.1 rebounds a game.

It doesn't say anything about the Kings, but espnews did last night.

bwhaaha that would be hilarious. Can you imagine Rodman and Malone on the same team? They should just prep the old WWF ring right now so they can have another re-match, and maybe this time the Mailman won't have that idiotic grin on his face while he bitchsmacks Rodman

lol...I don't think rodman/malone/payton could exist on the same team. Both Malone and Payton are tough and don't like to bother with bullshit, and thats exactly what rodman will bring.

I really like(d) rodman(duhuh, check the avatar

), that rebounding and defense, AAAAH

. But he is 42 right now and i strongly doubt his body would hold together(no injuries),and even if he would be injuryfree, can he get a starting or even a good role playing job?

He said something like " it would be delicious! if he could stop the mail from being delivered" and yes he mentioned the Kings as the team he would come back and play for.

whoah... Can you imaginve how much more intense the Laker/King rivalry would become? Someone said the Kings don't need Rodman, but I think it would be a good idea to have a master mind manipulator like Rodman on your team against the very much improved Lakers. That'd be just PPV style drama! I don't care if they are 80 years old, I wanna see those battles on the low post. And can you imagine if with the arrival of Rodman, the King were finally able to step over the Lakers, who now look better than ever.
This HAS to be the most exciting summer for the NBA in a while!

lol, I'd love to see the Kings sign him to just to "stop the mail from being delivered." That would be the funniest thing ever. Rodman denies Malone a NBA Championship hahahah. Poor Kobe will be in tears again, and would probably leave the Lakers if they won't win next year.

the kings can't win the championship, 2002 was there year but the lakers took it away. And you woulf probabaly be in tear too if you had won 3 straight championships than you finally lose at what your team was the current best at, but ya i agree with you on that kobe will probaly leave the lakers if they don't win, but since the arriver of karl malone and gp you never know, but i don't think a 42 year old dennis rodman could beat the lakers with shaq kobe gp and malone. but just for the fun of it i would like to see dennis rodman come back, it would be funny seeing what kind of color his hair will be.
