I can still remember when the cap was around $23 million. It's certainly shot up over the last decade.

He's worth much more than 8 million a year. He's an all star forward who can score 25 points a night if he wanted to but he defers to Ray Allen. He's also an underrated defender. He's not a huge shot blocker or rebounder, but he can contain a man with his lateral quickness and wingspan.
He's worth 11-13 mil a year, but not more than that.
