I honestly don't remember Vinny Del Negro on the Clips. He must've wanted to retire instead of playing for them.

He retired somewhere around 2001. He was a 3-point machine in Live '95 on SNES. He, David Robinson, Sean Elliott, and Dennis Rodman were great to play with - I forget the shooting guard...

I think he might have made summer league and/or training camp squads but he never played again after the lockout season.
