Okafor Howard or Bosh?

Wed Nov 29, 2006 7:30 am

Who would you pick?

I vote for Shaq II- Howard.
Then Bosh then Okafor.

I think we had this topic before.

hmm... definatley howard as he has the dominant centre build and is a freak athlete, just needs to develop a few more post moves and hes sorted for life

Wed Nov 29, 2006 2:57 pm

Howard....close thread.

Wed Nov 29, 2006 3:20 pm

Howard then Okafor (although right now Okafor is killing it).

Wed Nov 29, 2006 3:21 pm

Amare Stoudemire

Wed Nov 29, 2006 3:28 pm

Chris Bosh, he got more offensive sskill. . ut if you'[re looking for defence the other two are the best options

Wed Nov 29, 2006 5:40 pm

Howard,no doubt about it.

I don't think Bosh is on the level with the other 2, because the other 2 get about the same numbers as Bosh. Except Bosh has no defense, he doesn't block shots at all.

It's sad to know that Amare Stoudemire would've been above all those guys 90% of the time before his injury. If Amare could actually go back to his old form, then I'd be happy. For now, Howard.

i think people are overrating Amare, based on his series against SAS.

You obviously haven't seen his last 3 games: Vs Nets: 25pts, 10 boards, 7 blocks. VS Por: 20pts, 11boards. Tonight: 22pts, 15 boards. My fantasy team loves it.

1) Howard
2) Bosh
3) Okafor

these are just numbers

I've seen him play a couple times this season. He looks great. Especially against the Nets, but that gets knocked back a notch or two based on the the fact he was playing the Nets frontline.

Howard.
That spin move he has going to the basket is just nasty.

Dwight Howard.

Howard, Okafor and then Bosh.

Unless Bosh magically gains 20 lbs of muscle I don't think he'll ever be that good defensively, which is an area that Okafor excels in. Howard is obviously the youngest out of them all and is a perfect blend of physical skills, youth and work ethic, although all three of them haven't even scratched the surface yet.

Bosh must improve his defence considerably but I don't know if he can that much because he hasn't got the build so if I were him I would be leaning towards develping a good three-point shot if he wants to be All-NBA 1st or 2nd.

Howard and Okafor is hard but I think Howard will eventually be the better player because he is injured less often. He also has room for improvement offensively but that will come for sure. Another reason I pick Howard is because I don't think that Okafor will be a guy who you can rely on down the stretch in a close game because he has limited moves. Both guys have grat work ethic and should be big players. The future big-men battles of the NBA sure look exciting; Bosh, Okafor, Howard, Oden, Durant, Noah, Thomas(?), Bogut, Milicic, Yao Ming, Gasol, Stoudemire, Aldridge, Biedrins, Kaman,Bynum.

No shortage of talent and potential.
