Seriously though, I only started watching basketball around the time when Lebron James came into the league so I'm not sure my opinion's so good, but I can see LeBron James breaking scoring records and playing an all-around game good enough to rival even the best.
I think if he works harder, he could average a triple-double in the near future. If not that, at least put up career averages of around 30-7-7

And Marbury is a 20/8 player! He gotta be better than Stockton! Better than Magic! He's my nigga!
If you haven't seen Jordan, Magic, Bird, Stockton, Shaq (in his absolute prime), Kareem and others play, don't post here. Sure, LBJs numbers are great, but he's a lousy defender, his outside shot is shaky, he hasn't proven yet that he's as clutch as the best of them, not to mention that all of the players mentioned players have played on the best teams of all time. Lebron hasn't. Simply because he has 'all-around' stats, doesn't mean he has all-around game. He's far, far away from being one of the best, but I agree with you on one note - he has all the potential in the world.

That's not funny at all. I know you don't mean it like that but I don't want to see him in the Reece Gaines/Andriuskevicius/Mercer list.
Hey what about Oscar Robertson..

Aside from Kyle Korver?
DeShawn Stevenson, Steve Francis, and Kevin Pittsnogle

I don't think LeBron is going to dethrone MJ simply because i have serious doubts about Cleveland dominating the league with an iron grip for the better part of a decade. I don't see the 2nd Hall of Famer, i don't see a potential Best Coach of All Time candidate.
If Cleveland sticks with their current lineup, i think LBJ can do an Oscar Robertson and put up monster individual stats but that won't dethrone Jordan...although he'll have to power Cleveland to at least 1 championship to match Big O.
I'm sorry, but i smell a KG scenario unless the Cleveland management makes some big changes. Snow & Big Z are getting old, and Larry Hughes is nowhere close to a Scottie Pippen or Kareem or David Robinsion.

Don't list scrubs amongst all of these superstars ok.

Oliver Miller, hands down.... he would eat Jordan alive

Len Bias. Except for one minor problem.

I think its Wilt, no one has put up averages like he was able to.
Tue Aug 29, 2006 5:45 am
It's Jordan EASILY

In the NBA its Jordan no doubt. He was a true leader and a great person in general. To bad he wasn't as good in baseball as he was in basketball.
In Europe its Drazen Petrovic, the man was unbelivable.I got some videos of him and the man was freakin awesome. To bad he had to die at such an early age. There were still a lot of things he could done and change.

Oscar Robertson or Magic Johnson... I would pick Magic
