From the sounds of it, it seems like a misunderstanding, so really, the article was just blown out of proportion.

Rodman was charged with speeding and reckless driving after he was stopped July 26 in a $250,000 Lamborghini on a highway near the mountain town of Frisco, about 70 miles west of Denver. Officers allegedly clocked him going 98 mph.

Shiiiit.. nice car.. I'd be speeding too if I had a Lamborghini.

But you WANT someone with enough kids to govern the country to come back..........................It's a missunderstanding, not to mention a TRAFFIC incident. It's fine.

My dad got stopped for speeding all the time , but since he had a clean record on his license , he never got ticketed .

Anybody surprised by this turn of events, raise your hand...not many hands...
As you guys have already pointed out, it's a fairly minor infraction compared to some of the other things former and current NBA players find themselves in hot water over. I doubt this will de-rail his attempt to comeback any more than the fact he's approaching his mid 40s.
