Their's a lot of white people due to previous colonization, most other African countries "moved" the white people out after they got their independence so they could take charge of their own country, but South Africa did not.

I did go a little too far when I said it's mostly white but what I actually wanted to say was that there are more white people in South Africa than people would like to think. Because someone says something about Africa they immediately think of black people. cwebb-sixers is alone on the cold part though. Have no idea about the weather there
