The top ten's are not the same, same players are not in, hummm...maybe Bogut will be not in the top 5 !!!
I know that the way to prospect are totaly diff, but i really dont understand that kind of opposition...
Marvin Williams Jr. nbr2 for draftcity and not selected by NBAdraft?
Rashad McCants nbr10 for NBAdraft and second rounder for draftcity...

Sometimes i don't understand the
"THINKINGMAN"
Can u please explain me?

draftcity projects that marvin williams will come out, nbadraft.net thinks marvin will stay at UNC for another year.

I don't think Draftcity has updated in a while, you need to wait till after the season to see better opnions on who goes where...

If atlanta get the number 1 pick, Bogut will go need number 1, they need a big guys with skills like he has, and he could contribute more right nopw than any other big guy.
But if Hornets get it, it sorta defeats the purpose, they already have Magloire so...
it'll be interesting to see i guess

I think the Hornets will still take Bogut... if they looking at the future they need him. And it could be better to bench him until hes ready to start for the team

sounds like the darko treatment

Personally I prefer DraftCity... I stopped going to nbadraft.net when they compared Moiso to Garnett.

hmmm.. i wouldnt say so, i think Darko is NBA ready but the roster is too deep for him plus Pistons were contenders i nthe East while Hornets wont be contending and it seems that Bogut could benefit from going off the bench... plus his stamina is an issue when it comes to big minutes

We can suppose that it's only depend of who draft at fisrt?
They are here to say who is the
best futur prospect or
what teams should do?
Did tey really got this autority?

If Marvin Williams is in the draft, he's the best prospect....then you got Chris Paul and Andrew Bogut....then Deron Williams....the Euros (Andriuskevicius, Splitter, Vazquez)....high schooler Gerald Green....Chris Taft....Raymond Felton....
but yip, it's all on 'beauty in the eye of the beholder'....one scout sees Bogut as a hybrid Divac, and another sees him as a chump....as for McCants, it'll depend on workouts....probably somewhere mid-to-late 1st Round....he could have a Gilbert Arenas-like drop....not sure though....it always changes....Sean May will now declare and he's gone from a bubble 1st Rounder to a mid-1st Round pick....

Orlando here we come... possibly.

Malik Rose's second coming...

I personally think that now that NC has won, Marvin will stay at UNC... especially with the possiblity of his teammates leaving for the NBA. He'll get more PT and exposure

But less money...

Sean May wont be entering the draft....he'll prolly wait and play out his senior season before entering...he wants to be a lottery pick.
and nbadraft.net is a much better site in terms of prediction...but as for scouting reports draftcity provides more realistic comparisons and information...everyone's a KG, Duncan, Kobe, T-Mac or Vince Carter in draftnet
I dont think Marvin's entering....he said he enjoys college ball and has no interest on intention to declare himself for the draft.

May would be a lottery pick if he declared now. Especially after his last game.

Unlikely....Sean May is an undersized power forward, hes sorta like Clarence Weatherspoon....I highly doubt he'll ever be a lottery pick due to his size.
He'll make up for an ok backup in the league, but even after his final performance I dont think he can be a lottery pick. Even next year its unlikely him going in the lottery unless he has a truly standout season, say having something like 20-10 per night.
He lacks athletism and speed and well would struggle to defend against quicker and agile opposition which will be a common thing for him in the NBA.

He plays C not power forward, he's projected as being the 10th overall pick in next years draft (which if you're following, is a lottery pick)... considering the lack of depth at that position in this years draft, it is highly likely he would go in a similar spot. I know you just got your info from Draftcity (because they also compared him to Weatherspoon) so you would've seen that they also see him as a lottery pick. Lol actually your entire post is like a less coherent copy/paste from Draftcity

Somehow I find the possiblity of an 6' 8" center(???) getting picked in the Top 10 quite improbable. If May can play the PF position adequately, he might get a Top 10 next year, but as a C? hell no...

U wont believe this but I didnt even look at draftcity...Ive never even seen May's profile at draftcity or draftnet. Course your prolly not gonna believe me when I say that though.
And I highly doubt at 6-9/6-8 hes gonna be playing center in the NBA...
It doesnt matter whethers theirs a lack of depth...most NBA teams look towards the future....and if theirs say a good 6-3 point guard their obviously gonna take him over a good 6-8 "center".
Draftcity has horrible mocks...their final mock last year was a total disgrace...they had Ben Gordon at like 8 and Luke Jackson in the late teens aswell as Telfair like late 20's and Dorell Wright as the last pick in the first round...I dont visit it often as I do as draftnet.
Wed Apr 06, 2005 10:14 pm
His projected NBA position is PF. His current position is C. And yes, look at the site he's projected to go number 10.

I really wish that made sense... and yes, it does matter if there's a lack of depth. Look at Araujo. You check out the boxscores from the NCAA Championship game and you tell me that a 24 year old C in Araujo was worth a lottery pick in a draft weak with C's and Sean May isn't.

he simply wont...even if he enters.
Hes just 6-8 and is slow and unathletic....hes prolly a Rodney Rogers meets Clarence Weatherspoon. Jameer Nelson dropped to twenty despite him having an awesome college career...why because hes undersized and doesnt have the quickness thats needed to keep up with the top tier in the NBA.
May is not goin top 10....if he enters he'll prolly be somewhere between 18-22 region....next year well theirs a wealth of talent coming out...theirs likely to be much better and younger big men than May...so the possibility of him being a lottery pick is highly unlikely.
Big Final games doesnt guarantee your gonna be a lottery pick....

I think the closest you'll ever come to being Nostradamus is predicting things that have already happened...
Hes just 6-8 and is slow and unathletic....hes prolly a Rodney Rogers meets Clarence Weatherspoon.
Clarence Weatherspoon was drafted at #9. Rodney Rogers was also drafted at #9.
Jameer Nelson dropped to twenty despite him having an awesome college career...why because hes undersized and doesnt have the quickness thats needed to keep up with the top tier in the NBA.
Jameer Nelson came off the bench today and had 18 points. Ignoring the game he got injured, Jameer Nelson has averaged 16.1ppg, 4.8apg in his last 18 games. Not bad for someone who's undersized and doesn't have the quickness to keep up with the top tier in the NBA. He had 19 against Phoenix, he had 22 against Vince Carter and Jason Kidd, he had 13/8/7 against Miami.
May is not goin top 10....if he enters he'll prolly be somewhere between 18-22 region....next year well theirs a wealth of talent coming out...theirs likely to be much better and younger big men than May...so the possibility of him being a lottery pick is highly unlikely.
