he is correct in lot of things, but you have to give credit to isaih thomas. he has been doing everything to get the cap down but the problem no team is willing to take a player like penny with that type of contract and no one is interested in allan houston another player with huge contract.

I think that a guy that takes Malike Rose and Mo Taylor's contracts is not doing everything to get the cap down... And the best thing would be Houston retire, but I doubt about that...
