Mark Jones?

Who is Mark Jones? He got signed to a 10 day contract on the 23rd by the Magic. I went to his profile and it has no picture of him and says he played wit the Nets in the 1983-84 season.

That must be some sort of error. Here's his profile on Yahoo Sports + CNN/SI:

He's born in 1975, if he played in 1983, he'd be a whopping 8 years old. I'm guessing it's the same guy given his weight, position & school. + On his NBA.com profile it also says he was born in 75.

It's obviously an error. I'd say there was a Mark Jones who played for the Nets in 1983/84 and his stats have been added to this Mark Jones' bio by mistake.

(A quick check in the official NBA encyclopedia confirms that a Mark Jones played 6 games for the Nets in 1984)
