54 points on 20-32FG (8-16 3pnt), 6-6FT
only Van Exel scored more than 10 for Blazers, so it was a two man show in a loss to the HORNETS!!!
never thought Stoudamire would score 54

MAN!!! I'm with a friend at my house and we can't believe it!! We watched Mavs at Spurs, and it was a nice game.
Ginobili played great and we didn't even notice Nowitzki's 30+ points.
It's just amazin!! 54 for him.

Yay.

Awesome performance from a former ROY who fell rather quickly from "Future of the NBA" status. I don't think anyone called this one.

Yeah, the first player in Portland's franchise that a player scored over 50 points without even one rebound. I heard that on SC.

how freaky.... I just played an NBA live game using the Lakers vs Bucks... and Michael Redd scored 54 on me as well... but had 0 assist, 1 rebound and the next closest scorer was Desmond Mason with 10

and ended up losing to me by 30 points

this was a nice effort, he scored 20FG's in one game, that's a lot and he didn't even go to the FT line much at all.

I'm finally starting to be happy I stuck around with him on my fantasy team

No big deal losing to the Hornets, they didn't have Randolph, Miles and Shareef, and the rest of the guys except for DA are defensive players. Great game by Damon, 20-32.
He had an NBA record as the firt guy to score 50 and not grad a rebound.

Well he is 5"10 or something afterall.
