Best record at All-Star Break

With the Phoenix Suns on a rampage now....this came to mind.

Anyone knows which team had the best record at the All-Star break? I think it was the Bulls in the 95-96 season with a record of 38-3. Can anyone confirm that?

If it was the Bulls, who were 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc.?

I know the Suns got the 5th best start so far at this point

I saw on Sportscenter that is was the 95'-96' Bulls
But they were like 32-2?
Something of that nature
I dont know the other slots
