Hi it's me - again...
I'm just wondering how closely do you guys follow your team? I'm just wonderin' cause in another threat... I think it was kobe4mvp or Psycho Jackal wake up a 4:30 am to watch games..that is great to hear...but do u guys go to school...no offence but I'm just thinking that maybe thats a bit too early to wake up to watch NBA games....cause I'm sure you guys have other things in your life.....
I'm not saying it's bad...only suggesting there may be some side effects...
For me however, i cant watch games but i still try to follow my LA Lakers...it's sad cause I follow via gamecast...I remember the Portland game...I followed it form start to finish- and most of the playoff games..I followed them via gamecast when I had time...and because I'm a student I dont have much time....
But I think I'm a dedicated fan even though I rely on the forums and web articles to follow my favourite team whom I have never seen play before!
Wat about you guys?
Also...if you had the money or access...would you follow more closely?

back when i was in Europe i'd wake up at 3am to watch NBA games on school nights. I'd buy NBA mags, watch any NBA coverage, collect cards....I'd even watch replays of games ive seen
I love this game!

Yeah its hard to follow NBA if your not in the USA and don't have cable. ut if your 18+ go to a sports bar, they'll have ESPN there and you can enjoy a game and a beer with some friends

Well I personally like a lot of teams, I have NBA League Pass though, and Raptors NBA TV, but I watch every
Raptors game possible, maybe miss about 5 games a season.
Then the
Heat, Wizards, Suns, Bucks, Nuggets and Clippers I watch any games possible, whenever their are no Raptor games, or after the Ratpor games are over, and I read articles and all that on those teams including the Raptors.

Yeah it was me who wakes up at 4:30 to watch a game (damn you SoCal), I might miss some sleep every now and then, but it really doesnt bother me at all. About the school, Im switching schools anyway and going to a higher class so I can basicly do whatever I want in school these days, most of the times I just come, sit in the cafeteria with my friends and then leave a hour later lol.
I record every Lakers game they broadcast, I have orderd tons of Laker games so you can say Im a pretty big fan

Yer i watch every possible NBA game on ESPN.
Every Laker game of course, and im on NBA.com every night, and at the Lakers site every night aswell, just to see the news.
I dont really have to get up early here, coz im sure its an exact 12 hours ahead of america(ET).
So if its 8pm over there, its 8am over here
in WA anyway.

man, its impossible for me to get laker tickets ... they are so damn expensive .. that's why u dont see the "real" laker fans at staples center.
u only see celebrities who are bandwagon fans. if our tickets cost as little as sacramento kings tickets, i guarantee u, staples center would be louder than a madhouse.

even though not all lakers game was televised in our country, i watch all lakers game feature in IBC 13 (locla channel) and Solar Sports and ESPN and Star Sport. plus i always surf the net at Nba.com to know what happen around the league esp my lakers team.

I don't get to see the Bulls play very much these days, but whenever I get a chance to see an NBA game (generally taped, seen a day or two afterwards), I take it. If I lived in the States I'd have greater opportunities to support my favourite team and the NBA, but I've got to settle for TV, the odd magazine (I used to buy magazines more often when I was younger; there used to be a wider selection, too) and checking the results daily online. Oh, and discussions with other fans all over the world through the forum.

If only DirecTV was available in AUS....

If only Foxtel was $5 a month...

Or hey, give free-to-air TV NBA Action and one game a week. I'm not greedy.
