first to 10 grand -- lebron or carmelo?

seeing as melo and lebron are both 19, i was wondering what everyone else's take is on whether they can break kobe's record and hit 10,000 at a younger age then he did.

personally, i think they'll probably both surpass kobe's record, so the question becomes which one'll do it first? my bet goes on bron, but when i think about it more and more -- well, melo is no bum when it comes to scoring either........

i think Melo will score more in Denver cuz not many offensive weapons..but will do it later then Kobe..i dunno y..but it just seems so hard to achieve..

I'll say that they both hit 10000 around the same time, probably a little quicker than Kobe. Right now I couldn't say who will be the first - I'll have to wait and see how they go in their second season.

yer considering how young both players are, either could hit it before kobe, and with there situations, already the leaders of there teams also is an advantage.
im gonna say Melo quicker than Kobe, but coz there so young, bron will prolyl get it before kobe to, unless they get injured.

James will have more assists though...Melo tends to shoot before pass...with James it's the other way around.

Funny how both Bron and Melo hit 1000 on the same night. But, I will go with Melo, because he gets the ball more, and seems to be one of the top options on his team, wher Bron has Booz and Z. And Z likes to shoot all of the time.
