looks like the clippers are going to let Miller go then...
i think he will sell out and join the clipps, but big mistake tho. he will have to prove to everyone that he want to win there and that he's not just there for the $$.

Seems we didn't give Sterling anywhere near the respect he deserved. He is actually investing money in players and looking to put together a team a keep them together more than a season. Arenas would be a great pickup. His style of play suits the Clips more than Dre's did and he should get them out and running again. Let's see what happens with Odom now.

Sterling probably doesn't want to do it though.

I can't help but wonder how long that group of core players would be together. The Clippers have matched Miami's offer for Elton Brand, so he's staying. They're likely going to match Utah's offer for Maggette, so he'll probably be back. Assuming Arenas signs and they work out an extension with Odom, they'll have a group of 4 talented players to build around.

But we've seen that scenario with the Clippers before, right?

How long will it be before one of them is shipped and the Clippers go back to the drawing board to work on Plan 849532B? And how many coaches will they go through before this group of players is broken up?

Sterling has been going along with matching offer sheets and now pursuing a coveted free agent. How long before he pulls the plug and everything once again comes crashing down in Clipperland?

he'll keep brand and maggette, sign arenas, then trade all three for draft picks next year, and draft more power forwards. he doesn't think there are enough big men in the league so he wants to draft as many as he can and let them go somewhere else. he won't let odom go though, i don't think he wants odom to have a successful career so he'll keep him around.

Like someone else said... Arenas' playing style suits well for the Clippers... I HOPE he doesn't leave Golden State... If that happens, "we" will be the worst team in the West...

Arenas is making T-Mac-like strides... I expect more from him this future season... And again, I hope he sticks with the Warriors.

Regarding the Clips, I hope the team sticks together, too... If they add Arenas, fine, if they don't, they would still have a nice core to build on...

If Odom,Brand,Maggette,Arenas all stay or comes to LA Clippers they will almost sure to get very close in the playoffs if not..cuz with Mike Dunleavy as the coach they got the experience and he was a two time NBA Coach of the year so he might be able to turn this team around...
