i think nj cannot make the playoffs next season because kidd snt gonna sign with them and they dont have a pg...as well they dont have a solid center...kenyon martin and richard jefferson can hack up some wins but not so much...next years 1 draft pick??this is possible and it's good for them (maybe they select then that pavel dude)

Isn't it too early to say they don't have a PG or cannot make the Playoffs?

There's a bunch of PG in the league and even better, free agents. The Nets have 3 good players (Jefferson, K-Mart, Kittles) and getting a true PG will get them even at the level of the Celts or Sixers who can have trouble making the Playoffs as well... We are talking about a conference where anything can happen. True, Kidd was basically doing everything there but if the problem is a PG, Tim Hardaway can carry the ball as well.

Nobody in the East has a solid Center, they just face solid centers when they meet the West, and not every team in the west has a solid center. Also free agency is open to sign players, so it's too early to try to prove anything related to making the Playoffs.
