Best Offensive/Defensive Team.

What do you think?

Best Defensive Team : Chicago Bulls. Rememebr they kept the Hawks without a single FG in the third some days ago..

Best Offensive Team : Phoenix Suns. Scoring over 100 every game.. About 30 points comes from Steve Nash's passes. But they have no defense..

Offense: Suns

Defense: Rockets (Don't know when they became a good defensive team, but all the stats I looked up pointed to them :? )

According to some advanced stats, Phoenix is top offensive and Houston is top defensive.

According to those stats:

Top 5 offensive:
Phoenix
Dallas
Washington
Utah
Detroit

top 5 defensive:
Houston
Chicago
San Antonio
Cleveland
Dallas

Seems pretty acurate to me, though Cleveland is suprising.

Defensively Bulls...statistically Houston & Chicago are very close, except the Bulls had an absolute disaster early season. They were looking like a lottery team for a while there.

They've rebounded back and had some impressive defensive efforts against better teams, and embarrased some bad teams like the 111 - 66 win against Memphis.

I think as the year goes on the Bulls may regain their #1 defensive spot.

(I think Phoenix is the #1 offense obviously)

Not really, the Cavs coach (Mike Brown) used to be an assistant coach for defense.

And thats why they have no offensive game if LeBron doesn't dominate the ball.

Nuggets best Offensive team, especially when AI and Melo got it going,
San Antonio have been the best Defensively lately, but overall maybe the Rockets.
Nuggets are playing Rockets in a couple of days, so we'll see if offense prevails over D

Go Nuggets!
