The list is a good one... Although Marion should be on the list if he was considered a SF... And LeBron James is likely the best player in the league. He still has some competition, but that will likely end in a season or two. James is still 20 and will only get better. The sky is the limit for him. I first doubted that he could live with the hype and not get caught in it, but after a few weeks of LeBron James in action in 2003, I was a believer.
Now about Phoenix lineup... Diaw is an intresting piece... Marion could very well slip to SF next season with Amare at center and Diaw at PF. The reasoning behind this could be that PHX already has an excellent playmaker in the back court in Nash and they might want to put Diaw's excellent distributing abilities smack in the middle of the offense. Marion would have a field trip with defenses worrying about Diaw or Nash putting up the great passes and Marion and Amare dunking it on everyone. I expect to see lots of open shots for Marion with this lineup. They will get the ball to Nash or Diaw and they will set up Amare or Marion to finish the plays... Phoenix will be the team to watch... They got so much potential to make any game a highlight reel that damn...
Guess whick I really wanted to write about
