I guess Paul Pierce and LeBron are considered Small Forwards.

He was originally supposed to be a PG i guess. I think that's what he played last season.

What's wrong with Joe Johnson at #5?
Boris Diaw is listed as a guard on NBA.com so I would choose him over the "Franchise".

I think Joe Johnson deserves to be #5 or #6, he had a pretty decent season, and has shown to be a great player on team USA. But I don't like Steve Francis being on that list at all, I'd of put Ben Gordon, Iggy, and Bonzi Wells (he plays SG right??) ahead of him.

The list looks pretty solid, other than Francis being at ten.

It depends on what u mean by better. It seems like your basing it on scoring. I was basing it on all-around skills. Johnson had 20.2 ppg, 4.10 rpg, and 6.5 apg. Thats pretty damn good.

Just because you're a fucking bandwagon Heat fan doesn't mean you need to bash other players. If the Hawks didn't have Joe Johnson, they would have won ten games. Did it say anywhere, 'top shooting guards on the best teams'? Didn't think so.

Wow Francis got 10th, I'd put Iggy over him, since he moved to NYK he's top 15, not top 10.

cut joe some slack, its the hawks for fucks sake. i would put allen ahead of carter at this point, and joe johnson should be there at 5, he is a better PLAYER than both Redd and Hamilton, because he is so well rounded.

my only problem with lists that rank the top 10 [position here] players is that you can't do much with players that play multiple postions... the 2 & 3 are pretty interchangeable so you get a lot of G/Fs so it's weird. Where would you put players like LeBron, Marion, & Diaw?

I still can't believe anyone would put Carter in front of Ray Allen, nobody is more consistant than Ray, and where's Korver!? lol.... I guess he'll be on the SF list

^ Avatar and the signature....

Anyway, great list! But..

Bryant’s tenth NBA season saw him tally a Jordan-esque 35.4 points-per-game with more than 5 rebounds-per-game and 4.5 assists-per-game to boast.

Man  They just can't stop comparing
