Gilbert Arenas VS Dwyane Wade

I know Arenas is a great player. But why does he shoot more than less, bad from the field. Hes shoots like 42%. This year, and last year. Mainly what do u think is problem is? Hes a good jump shooter right? I know hes goot at taking it to the hoop but whats his problem?

The same problem AI has. Ballhogging. Hence his FG percentages are similar to those of AI, but Arenas can't pass nearly as well.

Arenas is an excellent player , I love watching him play . Good shooter , but doesn't take smart shots all the time . If he can have a better sense of when to shoot and when to pass , he'll be even better.

Thanks guys, I was just wondering why his FG% is low.

For the next question, I know Wade is being compared to Kobe but now Im gonna throw Wade in on this.

Right now Wade , In my opinion he is a much more mature player then Arenas . He has a better shot selection and is a better finisher at the rim .On a side note though , 2 years ago when Wade was a rookie , my friend bought a Dwayne Wade jersey . I asked "who's dwanye wade"(this was before I was into the NBA) . And he told me "watch , you'll know his name one day". He was right .

Wade is head and shoulders above Arenas. Period.

Again one of my favorite players compared to Wade...

Wade is one of the top players in the league right now and if Miami stays at the top 'til the end of the season then he really has a chance at being voted for MVP. Basically Wade is a better all-around player, but I admire Arenas' work ethic, that's why I like Arenas more. In my opinion he's more of a leader, Wade is just putting up great numbers.

As for shooting, I don't thik that 2% is a big of a difference, but the two take very different shots. Wade is a dunking-machine and has a non-excistant 3-point shot, so he takes it inside. Arenas is shooting .390 from the outside, but Gil has a bit of trouble shooting inside against big men, so he likes to take more jumpshots. It's pretty obvious that jumpshots are low percentage compare to dunks and layups.
Give respect, get respect.

Arenas has been around longer. Leadership should come around to Wade soon enough. Leading veterans is harder than younger guys.

When your point guard loses the ball at the same rate he passes it something is wrong. I absolutely dislike Arenas.

While Wade definately is a good/better PG, he still has too many turnovers IMO as well.
Wade easily gets the nod over Arenas btw.
