I think Artest would get easily pounded.

The Pacers are gonna cringe when they play Detroit now that Ron has said that. They gonna try and keep him away from Ben.

Weird, nobody mentioned that Artest was on the cover of Penthouse magazine, and agreed to the interview because it gives him a chance to talk about his family and charities.

Hahaha, I love it. People are taking the crap Ron is saying this offseason seriously. You guys really believe he doesn't know what he's doing? He's got the the media around his finger. His quote about playing like a crazed animal that needs to be caged, this quote, it's all just him saying funny shit and laughing at the way the media blows it all up.

Will he be laughing if he does act like a caged animal let loose and goes crazy on somebody at some point in the regular season? I'm not saying it will happen, but given his history and a bit of mental unstability, he could pull off another one.

Obviously there's no way to prove Ron won't be having any major blowouts, it will have to be taken care of on the court. However, I'm 100% sure that his agent, and the team wouldn't let him make comments like these if he hadn't explained to him that he's just toying with the media. I think its hilarious.

Strange, I'll have to agree with Indy on that one.
If Ben and Ron were engaged in a fight, I think Ron would win. Artest is pretty bulky for a guy his size considering he's a basketball player and the position he plays.
But the Pistons would still wipe the floor with the Pacers in a playoff match.
