Tonight's matchups - Jan 13, 2005

Nets vs Houston - Tmac vs Carter

Cavs vs Lakers - Kobe vs Lebron

The first matchup isn't as big really, the Net's suck [not that they can't win], but Lakers vs Cavs /Kobe and Lebron will be an interesting matchup, Kobe and Lebron haven't had a matchup yet because of Kobe's injuries last season [they had a short matchup but Kobe got injured in the game]. Kobe said Lebron's more of the passer, while he's more of the scorer, and after the Lakers lost to Denver I see a big game from #8 scoring wise.

I think Cleveland takes this one, I see Kobe going out to beat out Lebron, but I don't see the rest of the Lakers coming out with the same fire, and Lebron will also have just as good a game overall while coming out with the win.

Houston wins, hands down... Last night at Dallas they kicked ass!! (Y)
But the Lakers/Cavs one, I don't know.
Everybody knows what Kobe's capable of doing when fired up, but LeBron's got game too. I say LAL by 9 points. :P

Houston won last night.. but the second game of back to backs are always hard. New Jeersey has a shot.

Lakers/ Cavs, i agree with what fgrep said. Kobe will win the individual battle, but that hurts the lakers more than it hurts the cavs.

Houston/NJ -- Houston

Lakers/Cavs -- Cavs

I also believe Kobe will win the "individual" battle
But Bron's team will come out on top

Well, Kobe got injured again, last time against the Cavs he got injured, I guess this matchup isn't supposed to happen.

The game showed what the other Lakers can do without Kobe. Odom 24 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists; Butler 22 and 11 (Y)
