From what I've read of him, he might have been something like a Paul Pierce/Ray Allen-type player, with lots of explosiveness, good shooting touch, etc. (Y)

You don't go from being a power forward in college to a shooting guard in the NBA

Bias was a small forward, in terms of the style of game he played.

if you were from boston you would know this guy like he lived next door to you lol, but outside of boston he probably didnt get talked about as much. he did before he ever got to play a nba game, so thats probably why you have not heard about him.

incase you are interested this is a good read about what could have been if he never ODed

Yes, that's him. He died from an apparent cocaine overdose, though he had not been previously known as a drug user.

Field Goals
Three-Pointers
Free Throws

Inside Scoring
Offensive Rebounding
Quickness
Speed
Passing
Dribbling
Offensive Awareness
Defensive Rebounding
Steals
Blocks
Stamina
Durability
Primacy

Am I missing any of the ratings?

this guy is already dead. he died 24 hours after he got drafted by the celtics. he partied that night and indulge himself in drugs on that very night. cause of death was drug overdose. its a pity what a waste of talent.

We all know the story.

As I said, I'm creating a fictional "Len Bias Jr." to be in my first NBA Live 2005 (PC) season and I'm trying to feel out some ratings as if he had the same kind of game as his "dad." No one seems to want to be helpful though.

i would help but i never create players. i leave that for everyone else. only new players to enter my dynasty are computer generated rookies. so basicly i have no experience in making players.

Ok I will lend you a hand:

Field Goals 85
Three-Pointers 65
Free Throws 70
Jump 85
Inside Scoring 80
Offensive Rebounding 85
Quickness 85
Speed 85
Passing 70
Dribbling 75
Offensive Awareness 80
Defensive Rebounding 75
Steals 75
Blocks 70
Stamina 85
Durability 80
Primacy 75

It's more or less like this, IMO... Just tweak those ratings a bit and you're set... Everyone, post your opinions.

One credible source of info would be Bill Simmons (also know as "The Sports Guy") columns on www.espn.com/page2
