Crap! I just noticed that the new EAGE does not show DXT3 mipmaps properly

It seems every time I fix one thing I break another.

If you use EAGE to save graphics to type 97 (DXT3) EA files, it will work fine. But if you then view the graphic, it will lead you belieive that it is messed up.
If you notice, EAGE will also show the original EA files as having bad mipmaps. The EA file is saved just fine, its just an error in viewing them.
I am on vacation now until January 4th or so. Don't expect an update on this anytime soon.
