Some news from Brien on the status of the EA Graphics Editor. He has been working on the new version to make it compatible with NBA Live 2003's graphics files, but has been busy with work, and will be out of town until December 7th or 8th. As soon as I hear more details, I'll post them, and as soon as I receive the new version, I'll upload it.
