NBA Live 99 works on Windows 7 flawlessly.
You have to install EA's update patch to set controller.

No, mine is 32 bit.
Interestingly, I can't say the same for NBA Live 2001.

I figured as much. The installations for NBA Live 2000 and earlier are 16 bit, so I have to run them under Windows XP mode or VMWare. That said, I have found that the official patches and the Voodoo card fix are helpful in that regard.
