Please Help (once again!)

Guys,
My Chris Webber and Gary Payton head shapes are off. The front of their faces are great, but the top of their heads are a little too big. Almost alien-looking!
I've tried EVERYTHING with the editors, and the heads remain the same!
What can I do?
